Can anyone tell me the name of this spanish song?

My sister just returned from Puerto Rico and she's had this song stuck
in her head since she got back. She asked me if I could help her find
it, but I've tried every search engine imaginable and I can't. So I
was hoping maybe someone might be able to help me out.

She doesn't know much Spanish so she doesn't remember much of the
song, but she said the song repeated the phrase "no se" a bit. She
also told me it was a male singing and that she heard it a lot while
she was there, which makes me think it is a popular song right now.
