Movie challenge: Can you guess the following movies?

All these movies are well known, BA will go to the first person that
gets it right. If you can only get a couple, that's okay. All films
are pretty well known on here, so I'm sure you've heard of them. Each
have a couple of clues

Film 1
-This film only took 27 days to film
-Sophomore effort by the director
-On the date October 28, 2009, a hint about a much debated scene in

-During the opening credits, it is snowing

Film 4
-Meryl Streep turned down a role in this film
-Dustin Hoffman was offered the lead role, but refused and since
regretted it
-Inspiration for the screenplay was kept by keeping a loaded gun on
the desk as a catalyst for inspiration.
-The Clash mention the main character in one of their songs
